Admissions may be made everyday, including Saturdays and Sundays, between 3 and 6pm, except in an emergency or in case of a major difficulty.
Admission upon request by the general practitioner
The decision to hospitalise has been taken by the Clinic’s medical team, in agreement with the patient and after discussion with the general practitioner. The date of entry depends on the departure of another patient, and may unfortunately often only be fixed 2 days in advance.
Admission in case of an emergency
Formalities are reduced to a minimum; the patient or a friend or family member will nevertheless need to present the necessary documents to the Admissions Manager as soon as possible.
Admission subsequent to consultation or appointment
The patient should present:
-
His identity card or « carte de séjour »
-
His « VITALE » card or, failing this, his Social Security number and address of the centre where he is affiliated.
A minor can not be admitted to the clinic, except in the case of an emergency, without the authorisation of the person(s) having parental authority, tutor or legal authority. The admission file for a minor must indicate the name of the person exerting parental authority and custody.
